Is this what I think it is…

Are you purposefully misinterpreting everything I'm saying? I worked as a lab assistant for a cannabis genetics scientist who's focus was on taking common hemp cultivars high in CBN and CBG and ensuring they produced levels of THC around 5-10 percent, which was perfect for medicinal users who didn't want to be blitz but needed the entourage effect for relief.

Also, .3% in dry weight means that a 3.33 gram gummy can have 10mg of d9, which is the recommended dose for those who do not have a high tolerance.

Sure if you're trying to grow hemp to get blasted into outer space, you're not going to have an easy time, but for the sake of my original statement and the argument at hand, it will still get you high. Relative high potency to common cannabis varieties is still achievable in LEGAL states. It just depends on if you're growing hemp to fit legal standards or if you're growing hemp within the confines of using a cultivar that typically has a THC percentage of .3-10%, and then maxing that out through different growing practices.
