I changed a couple things on my build again and this is what it currently looks like. Still didn't go for Unseen Strike because even though it does synergise with Hacker, the pocket ECM effect only lasts 6 seconds and you need to wait at least 4 seconds to get the crits, but since enemies remain stun one or two seconds after the pocket ECM effect ends, you only get 2 to 3 or 4 seconds of extra 35% crit chance (this isn't deducing the time it takes you to reload after you've killed a couple of enemies) so I don't think it's a skill worth getting.
