I'd honestly love to not have supernatural characters. Sure erina and hayama are definitely going into the super natural but they are still not that far out. Its way easier to believe someone has acute sense of taste and smell than a guy who can literally absorb talent by touching cooking utensils even if they are silly cooking utensils like chainsaws.

Lets take another silly almost supernatural example mimikasa had a copy ability but even that was explained to a satisfactory enough point. He followed his opponents around and predicted their styles based on what ingredients they bought their background etc. And he wasn't super overpowered which helped a lot.

Asahi is just supernatural for no reason whatsoever. Although honestly I wouldn't be surprised if the next chapter shows him doing a satanic pact to take revenge on souma or something silly like that.
