I am 470 and with one more IELTS (Mine expires in 30 days) I can be 476. But to be honest, I have lost hope in Canada. an on retaking the IELTS. On top of this, the strike of IRCC is there too.

Based on your description, you're in-land and your situation is different from mine. But, I am opening my other options. I am moving towards anything that can replace Canada for me. Not saying that you should do the same, especially, if you're in-land, but but keep your options open. Don't invest too much in something you can't control. It's better to diversify your options.
