I've been on 1-3mg(depending on if I have 2 or 3mg bars in stock) a day for a few months now. I had anxiety before fucking with xans. After some fucked up shit happened and I isolated myself except for work for ~2 months or more my social anxiety was so bad I dreaded going out into public without a friend with me, even to just go to the gas station. Bars helped a lot with that anxiety but I don't wanna but stuck on these fuckin things forever. You really have extremely bad anxiety still after being off of them for 9 months? That's the thing keeping me from trying to stop, anxiety worse than what it was before I started taking bars would be unbearable.
