First off, those blasting DaRealBacon are wrong. This is the second out of 2 purchases with your company that have gone afoul. My first purchase you sold me a bad key and never replaced it, had to have uplay do that. Then, when I finally heard from a wingamestore rep through your FB page he blamed the site and a broken online support system. He gave me a full priced game for the trouble. Good enough, you made things right.
Now fast forward a few months. Sense they honored there mistake and made things right I took a chance and bought This War is Mine. Same problem as DaRealBacon so I contact support. Just like before I get no confirmation email even noting they received my support ticket. NADA.
SO I contact wingamestore through facebook again. AT first he blamed the publisher for only giving them 100 keys and then also again blamed the broken support ticket/ system and offered me a refund. I declined because I just want the game I paid for. End of story.
I wasn't going to share this but because issues with this site come up with almost every other sale they post, instead of hearing me tell you this site is far from living up to it's potential I will just copy and paste what the wingamestore rep said to me through facebook.
Take that for what it's worth. I was going to try and be patient but it's been 3 days now and no key, and no word when we may get keys despite me asking that question directly.
I personally think this site should grow a lot more before it's allowed to share deals here because right now it borders on feeling a little nit like a low key seller on the verge of scammy.I feel bad saying this because the rep on FB is always really polite with me and did provide me a full priced game after my last bad iteration with them but despite asking him directly and asking their site's support when I may receive my key, no answer is forthcoming,.
