If you guys still can't understand that you need the Permission of Gov. / Institutions etc. to disclose something when you have NDA's (non-disclosure agreement).... Nucleas is not different from that. "We can only share 2 documents..."

Understand that their target audience is not individual traders like most cryptocurrencies. Their target audience is Institutional level partners. This is a very different project than most crypto traders are used to. SO understand that, they have partnered with many organizations. Just look that up.

Its dump to disclose any developement if others/competition can then work on that too. They finish the product and hit it up then.
