Plus, yes, other companies do this - but consider the differences in the approach and method. Everyone you mentioned was cut and didn't get to debut, but theirs was more 'behind the scenes' and 'natural' than this. They somewhat knew what they were getting into.

These kids(!) were literally put out and hyped as the new members, broadcasted across the world as the new girl group, only for YG to turn around and say sike and take it away as a cheap gimmick for attention. They are a public spectacle on their own platform. Their feelings were played with; the company was deceitful to both the girls and the audience. Manipulative. And they're gonna make a show out of it. It's a publicity stunt and cheap gimmick. Idk man to me it's just a low and sick thing to do,, I canNOT get over how cruel this is to the girls
