This build has a much nicer monitor than the others, but you have to go smaller on the other. Personally I think this is a better way to go about it, if you dont think so then just go with one of the other builds. The 980 should be fine, you can add another when they drop in price in june or later if you want.

As far as mouse/keyboard goes, here are two guides for selection those, as they are too subjective for me to really be able to recommend: Mouse: https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=56240.0 Keyboard: http://www.overclock.net/t/491752/official-mechanical-keyboard-guide Same goes for headphones, although here I would highly recommend the Audio-technica MX-50 with a clip on or separate mic.
