23F RH .. any insight ? And Is there any way to find out ascendant and houses by palm ? (birth card says 11:45 am 28 nov 96 but nobody remembers my birth time so i know this is something they just wrote )( was LHor both handed till 7 but i don’t think that matters now ) .. thanks for your time

I’m just confused all the time all my life .. i know palm reading or natal chart is not for decision making but.. (wanted to order chart reading and palm reading but because of living in iran and bank situation my country is in i don’t have access now .. just trying to say I don’t want to be rude with so many questions) any kind of insight will help in any aspect .. even so little ..
