420 Boylston Ave E is the site of "Water Job Major" for SFD today. It only took 9 months of LIHI management to trash a $40 million dollar new apartment building.

This building, the site of ongoing frequent SPD and SFD calls, has a major flooding incident going on today. The first and second floors have been evacuated.

The building is the site of LIHI, Low-Income Housing Initiative, management of a building the City of Seattle bought only a year ago, and allowed ~50 formerly homeless, but still drug-addicted people to move into.

It is the site of frequent drug calls and EMT rescue. There have been 2 OD in the building in the past 9 months, and frequent site of drug-dealing activity easily observable from the street.

They had a guy directing traffic off the Lakeview I-5 exit to how to get to it a couple of weeks ago.

LIHI told the City of Seattle they would have "regular on-site supervision and counseling" but of course Sharon Lee lied, because Sharon Lee lies as part of her core competency as a member of the Homeless-Industrial Complex, LIHI sites have been crime zones for years, commented on by many / anyone that's looked into them.
