Quite frankly, the ban was warranted for a few reasons
Oh, I saw them, you wrote them on the warning, abusive and off topic. Where EXACTLY was I being abusive or off topic as indicated in the warning message though? Why would you say someone is being abusive or off topic and not write down the actual official forum rules that were broken in the warning message documentation?

That is a lie. Can you provide everyone proof (pictures) of these PRIVATE conversations (emphasize "several".. meaning more than two, but not many) that never fucking happened? What platform was this on, forum PM? It certainly wasn't on Discord or Teamspeak, since I never joined those, can't be IRC because I'm permbanned from there. I found one PM on 3/1/2017 when you gave me a warning and deleted my post about my opinion of shitty artwork, you gave me a big speal on how I broke the fucking rules and I should know better. I also found one PM message where you stated "Just don't post M-Rated discussion on the forum and you won't be restricted", when I initiated contact on 10/16/2016 about why I was unbanned and my concerns moving forward.
Other than that, you've never fucking talked to me in private, or attempted ANY sort of contact at all, you certainly haven't said for me "to tone down the rhetoric", so for you to try and say that bullshit is a fucking boldface lie, trying to elevate your position and making it look like you are doing much more than you are in all actuality. You sir are simply a liar, and cannot provide proof of these private conversations, because they never happened and do not exist. I have records of every PM sent to me stored on my e-mail server and yet, I can only seem to find 2 PM's from CZeroFive and I've documented those above. Why is that? Where are these mysterious private conversations we apparently had. I must of had my tin foil hat on and blocked all of your attempts at communicating because I never received them and these conversations never took place.
1) You're playing a cop with no authority. Everything you say is angled and slanted to try and destroy the game because you don't want us to have it and think you can do better. Thus, everything you say seems believable - as it's what people want to hear, but is made on second guesses, assumptions and hatred.
Those are more lies. Again, you have absolutely no proof. You are making assumptions that you know my personal agenda (which I don't really have). Why would I make a suggestion for you to lower prices on content to entice more people to spend money if I hated the fucking game and wanted it to fail? That alone completely contradicts your entire argument.
If I hated the game and wanted it/you to fail, I would keep suggesting you keep doing the same fucking thing you currently are doing. Think about that for a minute, I'll wait.
And Yes, I do think I can do better, I thought I could do better when Adhesive had the game too. My stance hasn't ever really changed regarding that matter, I think I can do better than many people and gaming companies when I see stupid decisions being made in development. Thats just the sort of person I am, if you knew me on a personal level you'd understand that, and again you don't know me at all so don't lie and say that you do.

You are right, I am never content, and I don't settle for less. I am a perfectionist. How is that against the official forum rules that warranted the ban again? I don't understand.

My friend has a wiped account, he has received no contact from support since contacting them about his account data loss. That is factual data and a very true statement, not an assumption, for you to say it is an assumption, is just you lying again, maybe you think I'm lying and I don't have a friend with a wiped account but I assure you I do. However, that still doesn't explain why I can find at least 25 other cases all over the official Hawken forums, Reddit, and Twitter of similar situations from as far back as Sept 2016, so this wiped account issue isn't isolated to just my friends account. When I check on those players accounts using various means, they still show up as fucked up accounts, just like my friends. Some of the players I recognize and remember from before Reloaded owned Hawken, so I know theres a problem with their account when they don't display or only have one mech and less than 10 minutes of playtime.
To quote your removed post, you complain about "the console UI as an example, or the addition of copy pasta emoji holotaunts, the lackadaisical attempt with the gold, octopus and shark skins, G2 mechs, 2 week long exclusive paywalls, Ord, Charge, Neif, 36M, and the list goes on and on for pages", but you have presented no factual evidence of what is wrong with any of those, and have not offered a solution at all. Criticism requires that you have a reason, you know, not just words that are intended to spread baseless accusations.
My issues with those have been said in the past, why do I have to reiterate them for you to all the sudden accept them as a valid criticism? Criticism doesn't require that I have a reason, it helps substantiate the argument, but a reason is not required it is my opinion.
*The console UI, is fucking garbage and looks like a 10 year old spent half an hour in MSpaint. The color pallet choice is shit and doesn't match the already established design of Hawken. The layout and placement of menu items is awkward. (I could do better) *the emoji holotants were direct copy and paste inserts from preexisting clipart, no artwork skill or creativity needed. They also didn't fit the defined theme of Hawken. (again I could do better) *the gold, octopus, and shark skins, were the same copy and paste laziness into ZBrush, no artwork skill again and extreme lack of creativity to take someone elses clip art and just place it on someone elses 3d model. (again I could do better, Hrmm I'm starting to see a pattern here) *g2 mechs, significantly better than g1 mechs, causes issues with balance against players who haven't invested money or as much time. *2 week long exclusive paywalls, money grabbing scheme designed on purpose to take advantage of eager players and force players to buy content and increase your profits. ie Extortion. *ord, charge, neif, 36M. uncreative and lackadaisical designs. When I look at the designs you have come up with for the console version I see a drastic difference when I compare them to the designs that Adhesive had came up with. I'm sorry that you have to be compared to them, but they did a much better job at being creative and coming up with new ideas. Ie, not just reusing already existing content, ie dual wielding seekers, etc.
These things have been stated by other players also, its not just my opinion, I mean thats what most of the thread was about, thats why its not really important for me to have to back every one of my complaints with data, their data also applies simply by association.
