First acceptance: UW-Madison (2/15)

My stats: International student from India, CSD major from South Asia's best institute for communication sciences and disorders, ranked in the top 5 of my batch at college with a 70.1% score.

5 months of hands-on experience with head and neck cancer (laryngectomy, trachs, dysphagia) in India, 6 months of experience with pediatric medical SLP in UAE + relevant undergraduate clinical practicum (logged 1325 hours). Currently working as an RCI-certification (India) eligible SLP for a leading Indian start-up (teletherapy for stuttering and other speech-language disorders including Parkinson's)

Worked on 7-8 research projects in CSD (mostly related to head and neck cancer), presented my paper at two international medical conferences, won 'Best Presentation' at both. Got the abstract published in a Telemedicine journal.

Received two LoRs from college professors, one LoR from the President of the Emirates Speech-Language Pathology Society, who is my clinical supervisor at the UAE-based pediatric hospital.
