Achievement Sharing Sunday (Oct 22, 2017)

This week marked 10 pounds down for me from starting to be more careful about my weight at the end of August. It's slower than I'd been trying for, but still steady. I'd wanted to be no longer overweight by Christmas, but will still make it sometime in January at this rate, which is okay with me! It'll be the first time in my adult life that I can say I'm not overweight (I'm 36) so that is really keeping me motivated.

I also made some progress towards learning Blender for making 3D art by working on a course on Udemy and wrote a melody for a song. I've been struggling with creative block for a few months, so managing to get anything at all out is a win for me!

I've been up and down with depression, basically since the creative block started, but this was a pretty decent week mood wise, and I stayed on top of things like the dishes and cooking, which tend to be the first things to fall by the wayside when I'm low on mood and energy, and that helped me not to beat myself up so much about not doing more.
