Afraid of losing my feminine figure

Hello, actually I am a junior doctor haha, this is not my specialty but I just revised the guidelines to give you the best advice possible. That's why please completely ignore everything I'm going to say if you can consult your doctor freely. May I leave the information here? So everyone can benefit including OP, but if you or anyone would like more specific information, please don't hesitate to PM me

I would recommend estradiol for feminisation, Phytoestrogen herbals on the side wouIdnt hurt. I'll place sites to purchase it without prescription, ways to take it, which ones to avoid except if dealt with professionally, the doses, and self-care for any side-effects. Let's start:

Estradiol tablets https://www.inhousepharmacy.vu/p-166-estrofem-2mg.aspx

Comes in 2mg tablets. Start with half a tablet(1 mg) once a day everyday. Every 3 months, increase the dose by 1 mg. So after 3 months, take one full tablets, 3 months after that, one and a half tablet, and so on. I would recommend to stop at 4mg as the safest option. The higher the dose, the more feminine you're going to be. Any dose above that, I strongly advise you to consult your doctor because it can become unsafe. If you want to look as feminine as possible, gradually continue up to 8mg(which will take you 2 years to reach), but if you get headaches, divide that dose into twice a day(so if you have to take 8mg a day, take 4mg at morning and 4mg at night). Take the tablets at the same time everyday. If you forget to take your tablet at that time, take it as soon as you remember.

Estradiol skin patches https://www.inhousepharmacy.vu/p-659-estradot-50mcg-australian-product.aspx https://www.inhousepharmacy.vu/p-2261-estradot-estradiol-75mcg-patches.aspx https://www.inhousepharmacy.vu/p-690-estradot-100mcg.aspx

If you prefer skin patches. Start with the 50mcg(first link), place a patch and leave it for 4 days, then replace it with a new one, so you're taking 2 patches a week. After 5 months, start using 75mcg patches instead. 5 months after that, start using 100 mcg patches instead. Anything higher than that needs a doctor consult and prescription because it's closer to transwomen's hormone therapy.

Here's the site searched on "estrogen" if you would like to browse cheaper brands. Don't worry, cheaper doesn't mean worse, they're all the same, just take them the way I told you. I only recommend estradiol tablets or patches, please don't take them as injections. And I only recommend 17-beta estradiol valerate(the ones above), please don't take conjugated estrogens, these are very dangerous without a doctor's consult

Side effects

You will most likely get headaches, stomaches, skin rashes(especially with patches), sweating, breast pain, nipple swelling. Its okay, don't worry, it's your body reacting to the new changes. For tablets, at the higher doses(above 4mg), your therapy is closer to transwomen's, so youre more likely going to experience breast enlargement. You MAY get breast enlargment at the lower doses, but it's unlikely.

Red flags

If you get yellowing of your eyes or skin, allergies, skin rash over a huge portion of your body, fast heart rate and palpitations, chest pain, migraines, or leg cramps. Go to the hospital immediately and stop taking estradiol if it has affected you negatively. Always check your breasts, if there's any weird growth, like a ball-shape forming, get it checked to make sure it's not breast cancer.

If you already have heart problems or you're obese. If you're a woman, not a man. If you're currently taking other medications, especially antidepressants. DO NOT take estradiol. You will need different doses, and additional or different medications. Please don't ignore this, youre a high risk group, it may kill you.

Self-care

Never ever drink grapefruit juice. Whenever you go to your doctor for a routine checkup, tell your doctor you're taking estradiol, don't worry they will not tell your parents. Have a prostate exam, have your breasts checked, blood pressure checked, and blood tests especially for liver function.

Phytoestrogen supplements

These are natural plant herbs that copy the effects of estrogen, it's very safe, they'll feminise you, but in no way will they make you a woman, unlike how estradiol does at high doses. Take 100mg-200mg everyday. Or you can just eat alot of soya. Here's some links:

So

Estradoil is not any medication like paracetamol or ibuprofen. These are hormones. They change your body. So please be responsible, I'm trusting you, and the only reason I'm giving you this information is because I know some of your families are very conservative and you can't get prescriptions easily. As I said, if you have any question, or need anything, feel free to PM me
