I liked Wheel of Time but the battle at Tarwin's Gap may actually be the worst battle scene to ever be put on screen which really left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The actual normal defenses at the gap were rated 1/10 by Roel Konijnendijk who rates these things on his channel and he is generally pretty generous with awful scenes. The way they used the channelers after the gap fell is even worse as they are not supported at all. Finally the amount of power they were able ot harness is so far outside the reality from the books that it pretty much ruins every single future battle that happens in the series. This is possibly the worst 20 minutes of TV to ever be made.
