Do I have to do all campaign-quests to play dungeons with my char level >55 ?

You’re own post in classic wow sub the other day was “a game is only fun as the community allows it to be” stop being that dick member of the community that doesn’t allow others to enjoy the game. It’s shadowlands not classic, quests make up like 10-20% of you’re time if you play seriously, to the point where people were complaining last patch that the ONLY thing to do was raid, PVP and M+, so there is quite obviously a breakpoint that once you get past that quests basically become irrelevant until the next patch.

So how bout instead of being the toxic force in the community and telling someone who has already clearly paid money for sub + xpac and showed that they really enjoy the game to ‘just quit’. You can feel how dejected OP feels by his response comments, this is a new player sub, please please please please in the nicest way possible fuck off to a different corner of the internet instead of trying to scare the new players away just because you feel disenfranchised with the game at the moment for whatever reason that may be. OP has clearly enjoyed their time in Azeroth so far and probably will continue to, but not if the entire community is just telling them to quit the game.

Quests are a mandatory part of the game but in the current way retail is set up you run into a block of them at the start of the xpac and then again at the start of a new patch. They just aren’t part of your everyday gameplay unless you play 2 hours a week. See Dorki, Nagurra, Naowh, Kalamazi, FlarknessTV and I could go on and on and on with a list of content creators that vocally don’t care about the quests/lore and skip through the weekly mandatory parts as quickly as they can but still play huge hours each day because they enjoy the rest of the content.
