I am thinking about investing in a maxed out 2018 MacBook Pro (i9, Vega R20, 4tb sad and 32 gb ram) if I was to do any type of gaming on this device which program is better suited, boot camp or parallels desktop?

With no ill will or malice, Why? It's such a wildly inefficient use of money versus the alternatives. You'd literally be better off buying an ipad to get your apple fix, and a real computer to do your processing and heavier workflow stuff, laptop or no.

Apple deciding to license the prores codecs was the nail in the coffin for creative prioritization in macs, theirs not really any onus to use mac for creative stuff. They now run Adobe software and major video software worse on average than similar PC investments.

Again. NO hate here. I literally have a PC on my desk right now, and a mac laptop set up in my studio, and have been a user of both systems since like 2005.
