Took a bunch of LSD and hung out at a church all night. Not exactly a "sacred place" but that's the best I got. What was weird, is that we spent hours there.. perhaps 4 hours into our night we heard blood curdling screams coming from the main area of the church itself. It was sort of a complex of many buildings and a field that we swung massive flaming pieces of cardboard around in, I don't even know why we were doing that.. flames.. colors.. 16 years old, beats me. Anyway, so leaving the field we go to investigate. It sounds like a mass raping, murder I cannot even imagine what these screams are but each and every last one of us hears them loud and clear.

We make our way into the main area where the screams are louder than before, and explore around some. Finally we spot a window that appears to have a glow and the sound seems to be coming from near there, perhaps the sound bouncing off walls is what took us longer than it should have to zero in on it. We start heading up a staircase, to the second floor. This is almost like how some cheap motels are. The doors to each classroom are all facing a courtyard square. One upper balcony wraps around with stairs in a few spots. So we are all in a tight pack, about 6 of us. We slowly step closer and closer to the screams, not sure what we're going to walk up on. We finally reach the window that appeared to have a glow from below. There are blinds that are slightly opened, and the window is slid open as well. Screams still piercing, we're about to see something horribly murderous and we're all probably gonna die but we have to try to help if we can.. so we peer into the blinds, and see about 20 kids around 12-13 years old all crashed out in sleeping bags scattered across what looks like a classroom maybe. There is a TV on, blaring some horror flick. I have no idea how all those kids were sleeping through that, or if that was something that happened to come on whatever channel they were watching after they went to sleep, idk. It was really creepy, we just went on back downstairs and enjoyed the rest of our trip at the church.
