anyone can become objectively good looking, here's how :)

I'd love to start getting healthy, but as a full-time student with quite a bit of extra responsibility. A lot of this work takes away from my free time. So my choice is often to spend 1-2 hours cooking good meals(which includes cleaning up after) and then working out after/before/etc which is 30 to 60 min when I'm already spending 12 hours on campus some days. This cuts out everything I enjoy in life because I no longer have time for those things. So despite multiple attempts over the years, I never can stay consistent or on top of it.

The get results 10 years later doesn't help either, because these almost always feel more like a waste of time even if I know logically they aren't. Like "Oh wow, I just wasted an hour cooking myself a good meal and feel literally no better. I could have microwaved a cheap meal and felt exactly the same in a fraction of a time and have more time to work on one of my 50 assignments".
