Anyone else having problems with consistently bad service?

I would tell you don't let 3 shoppers affect your view of shipt, especially that you've had 15 good ones? Like someone said rate appropriately. Shipt also does member matching, when you find a few shoppers who are really good, consistently giving them 5*s makes them first priority in shopping your orders. You can also ask someone who has impressed you what their hours are and schedule around those times. you can also get their number so you can coordinate best times. One other thing (and as a shopper this really hurts as we have to maintain a 4.7 rating) and is not necessarily the best way but when you give someone a 1* they can never be able to claim your order.
