I've gotten one pair of glasses from Oscar Wylee and four pairs (two pairs of glasses and two pairs of sunnies) from Bailey Nelson. Customer service at both was great, although I've always found Bailey Nelson stores to be quieter and just a nicer experience overall because of that. I got the OW glasses around 3-4 years ago, then switched to BN after that (and got one pair of glasses and one pair of sunnies together at a time as I'm pretty sure they have an offer if you get more than one pair?) as I preferred the styles Bailey Nelson offered. I'm very short sighted btw, and have never had any issues with getting the thinner lenses etc. They offer everything your regular optom or Specsavers would. :) For my last pair of BN glasses I found the script didn't feel strong enough after I got the glasses and the staff were really helpful and they actually got them redone for me a fraction stronger. I've since switched glasses again (I just like to change it up, don't judge me please lol!) to another brand, but there was nothing wrong with any of my glasses from OW or BN. I used to get so so many compliments on my BN glasses especially and tbh they still had plenty of life left in them when I switched, so they really are a fantastic price for what you get.
