It’s not a “sticking point” for me. I think they should pass it regardless. I just don’t think that there is enough information to regulate sports with equity. None of what you’re saying negates that a small population of women may have a significant advantage over bio women. You say this number is insignificant but regardless of how prevalent it is, it is a significant advantage. There are studies that point out HRT does create loss after a year but that there is still a significant advantage in muscle and bone density. So if you’re looking at that and saying “it won’t make any difference” it’s because you’re not understanding it.
