This job is different. You can't expect a huge swath of the population to be able to do it. It is untenable.

Working a warehouse job fulltime you have to be young and in good shape, and they will just use you and throw you away.

Go stand in your shower. And just move back and forth for eight hours. Allowing yourself two EXACTLY 15 minute breaks, and one EXACTLY 30 minute break. And lets say the breakroom to eat is about 4 blocks away. So put food 4 blocks away from your shower, that you can access during your breaks and lunch, but those breaks have to be EXACTLY 15 minutes each and EXACTLY 30 minutes.
