It will be easier to attract foreign talents.

Talent is not a higher priority since I can hire local talent if needed. If need foreign talent can hire some remote employees.

Power (if you're running server farms that's quite important) is much cheaper in Switzerland vs. Germany.

I want cloud facilities, server farms are an additional burden to maintain.

So in short: Switzerland costs a premium, but it's worth it, especially if you are planning long-term.
