A lot that is near the 285/400 interchange (the most convenient part of Sandy Springs) is new or newer. The ones with a little age are going up in price because they are surrounded by newer more expensive apartments. I am not saying you won't find something, you may.

I would contact a company called Promove. They can take your criteria amd help you find places. Your criteria can be anything from location, cost, size, has a dog park, has a washer dryer hookup, etc.

Also, it is Georgia. You will see roaches. Even HUGE flying ones. Seasonally it happens. There is a difference between seeing one and really having a roach problem.
