I beat Koga and am in saffron I tried following the guide for the saffron area and knew with current version from the stickied comment that Lance is no longer here but I followed silph co like normal and there is a scientist in the yellow warp that won't move, the one that takes you to the president. I can not find the Team Rocket Disguise/Uniform so I am stumped on how to get the grunts to move out of the way so I can enter Sabrina's Gym, I found some grunts at the hotel talking about Giovanni fusing stuff (possibly upstairs?) But I can not get them to move. I found a secret Cafe but without the Disguise/Uniform non of the grunts want much to do with me. Where do I get the disguise?
