The lady I live with explained to me the other day that the 'free shipping for all customers on orders over $25' did not apply to prime members, and could not order the item for the price a guest account could. She said it was going to cost $20 in shipping because we have prime. After the inquisitive look, she explained that the shipping is built into prime, and that's why we have to pay for shipping on orders over $25 but guest accounts don't.
