Well, "transphobia" has a definition: " irrational fear of, aversion to, or discrimination against transgender people ". It cant he said with certainty that the actions described meet the definition. One could be attracted to a person's appearance, then at a later point not feel the same attraction as we get to know them better, and not see that as discrimination.

Changing your opinion based on new evidence does not equate to a phobia. Not wanting to carry on a relationship with someone who doesn't have the qualities you want in a partner is also not a phobia.
