Per OP's post they do not switch off everyday, OP let's the husband come over to see the kids but otherwise it is just OP and kids staying at the house as quoted below.

"We switch off time in the house with kids -I just won't share a roof with him until he decides to respect me"

She doesn't have the right to kick her husband out of the property as she stated in her post, in addition to that, in this case she does not own the property fully, so she has no right to kick the husband out under any circumstances, because the husband is entitled to his half of the property as well.

All she is doing is letting him back inside to see the kids and then booting him at the end of the day, that is an asshole move.
