Assassin's Creed Liberation Delisted & to Be Unplayable Even to Owners Starting September 1 on Steam

It seems like normal people are finally coming to terms with the fact that the stuff they pay for can be arbitrarily broken by someone else. It is no longer purely a geek-rage thing. This is good, maybe 20 years from now, the market will self-correct, and people will finally get fed up and quit buying garbage that is literally engineered to fail.

Trouble is that some people believe corporations should be allowed to do this. That's almost like believing someone should be legally allowed to mug me because they need the money more than I do. One can only wonder what kind of programming and propaganda has been instilled into people to make them think that corporations should be able to destroy their stuff after taking their money.

Anyway, hopefully more companies will continue doing this to their customers, because the more it happens, the sooner the customers will decide they've had enough.
