Atopic dermatitis (lips, eyes, arms, hands, scalp) - Nothing seems to work, and it keeps coming back. Advice will be deeply appreciated. My dermatologist has given up on me.

Hello....I thought I would pm because unfortunately it's kinda a dud of a sub lately . I also struggle with coming and going ezcema. I wanted to share some things that helped me that might help you too. I will summarize...if you want more detail please a let me know. OK. ..what worked for me to clear up and remission for a long time. ..back now on legs and hands. Weather change.... 1. Cover all vents On the outside...with air filter material from home Depot. Tape on...applicable if you live where it's now winter. 2. Food and allergy testing did not work....didn't bother with fancier blood tests. Or elimination diets 3. Put good allergy guard on matress and pillows. 4. Daily probiotic..must have rhasmous and bifidum strains 5. Apple cider vinegar quick rinse for Scalp after last step for hair in shower.....this is invaluable advice!!!! I'm talking 3 days straight no more in hair.....this is because it's Acidic. ..go with me here.... 6. Look into the science behind skin care.....acid mantles etc. Switch to low ph shampoo and body wash....never put high ph on body again.....I can elaborate on this. For me it wasn't so much the ingredients but ph level. 7. After your shower whilst wet..rub a shea butter mix usually 60/40 shea ans coconut oil(PURE NOT IN A CREAM) on all over body and dry off with towel. Perfect oiliness lasts 24 hours. Shea is priceless for ezcema. 8. Eyelids and face argan oil PURE cleared straight up. 9. Note.... I have had flares mild to severe after watching my sister suffer horribly with prescriptions. I never once used any from the doctor. Ever.

Plz.message me.for any more info.
