I do think he might be getting 5-10 years which is the lowest (5 years) for criminal organization charge in romania. So could be out in 2-3. The romanian authorities would look pretty stupid to the world if they let this go so they probably wont.

But most of it seems just based on this one american woman who claimed she was being held against her will. The tate brothers actually spoke out about this a couple of times in the last months. They say her american boyfriend found out she is with them, so she said it was against her will (to not look bad to him and be judged).
