I'm not trying to be a jerk about this, but well, um, how do I say this, um, the tournament rules could use a review for consistency. For example, rule 1.3.1 ends with a period before the first bulleted list while the text before the second bulleted list is "as follows:". From a consistency standpoint, "as follows:" should also precede the first bulleted list.

Also in rule 1.3.1, the word "events" is inconsistently capitalized.

In rule 2.15, the following sentence is not grammatically correct: "If a die is cocked, balance the other die on top, if it slides off, reroll both dice." https://www.skidmore.edu/writing_guide/terms/parallel.php

The rules seem to use the words "will," "must," and "shall" synonymous. For consistency, choose one of the three words and use that throughout the rules. I recommend "shall."

The rules seem to use the plural "players" in multiple places where the singular word "player" seems to be more appropriate. For example, rule 1.1.2 states "If rules are broken at a table, players must call for a referee immediately." Does this rule require that at least two players to call for a referee or is one player sufficient to call for a referee?
