I mean, you can't really put aside the fact that she's a serious risk to herself and others behind the wheel. That cannot be ignored because it's not just a hypothetical thing; she IS a legitimate risk. Just think about how she moves on stream, like actually take a second to look how she moves around her room and moves to grab items in front of her; she moves in slow motion, like a geriatric patient. She does not have the reflexes to respond to any real world scenario she will inevitably encounter on the road. If she left the house on her own even just once while in her current state, I guarantee you she would get into an accident.

I don't think this negates anything you are saying though. It's just that in order to get into the car and go...She's really got to stabilize her health, which is a chronic medical emergency. Her brain needs to be actually functioning properly.
