I'm new to the game, Bought the Andromeda pledge around a week ago, Upgraded to an Aquila as I really like the look of it, Was out exploring with a cheshire cat grin on my face all happy and someone and his friends decided to blow me out of the sky followed by "lolz you gonna cry ? lolz".

There's no need for it, All that does is create a toxic environment, I don;t usually use the word toxic as it's highly overused in all the wrong places but fits the bill for this one, This also pushes people away from the game who just want to have a bit of fun with their friends exploring the void.

When SC goes properly live I hope there are consequences, Banned from certain stations and planets, Negative reputation with main factions, Severely over powered AI controlled hunter-killer ships on the hunt for them etc...
