Star Citizen: Question and Answer Thread

I'm the owner of TFT and I contacted their "Citizen Enforcer" bot/mod. A guy came on and I told him we were very sorry for whatever happened and would take care of the issue. I also mentioned that it was unfair for innocent people to be banned for something they had no involvement in, and let him know that if they were unbanned I would personally side with them and assist with shutting down whatever might have been going on.

He started typing so fast with insults, calling me a liar, and saying if he unbanned the members then I wouldn't help him anyway, which does not make sense since if I did not honor my word and help with the matter they could easily just re-ban everyone? He was so illogical and emotional that he did not even give time for me to respond before he lead with the next insult, and then banned me! Not that I care. Reddit has always been kinda toxic and r/ SC Discord is that way too. There are some non-affiliated players who help new players and are great people, but the owners are obviously scared of losing their golden goose.

Too bad there wasn't another Star Citizen Community that people could go to and play with others...
