What's the one for Missouri? Over the next 2-4 months, we are slowly driving our packed up boxes from this house to our temporary house in the STL area (it's been used as our Airbnb rental for a little over a year). We are using that house as our staging ground to search for a home in the area with a little land that we will live in maybe 5-10 years before buying a somewhat large Missouri farm/ranch near our Illinois farms.

I gotta say that this Corona thing has brought a new lease on life for high tech workers. It's gonna be swell! The best day of my life is going to be when my wife and I hand in our Illinois IDs for Missouri ones.

One thing Missouri needs to fix: eliminate capital gains tax.
