I agree to disagree. Mental health is a big issue and inevitably someone is going to try and make money off of that one way or another. For people who don’t have mental health issues and have that money driven brain, it can be seen as a cash cow. Personally I believe if you need therapy, you NEED to figure out what’s best for you thru trial and error. While I understand better help is more of a business than an actual aid for people seeking for help, I can see the appeal for people who may not have many options for therapy. I am lucky enough to be able to see a therapist through my insurance and be on medication while being able to live; I understand that is a privilege and am very grateful for that. Now if I didn’t have that option, would I use better help?? Maybe! I would be the judge of that, and see how it goes. On another note, if you don’t like the ads that a creator is putting out, you don’t have to support them. Everyone deserves to make money, and there’s a lot worse things people could do for it, so in my opinion it is harmful if you let it be and don’t do the research for yourself like you did(:
