I think this would be competitive as well. You lose Sanctuary from the Librarian, but gain the ability to heal. I am unsure as to whether Temporal Bombs would be better than a Daemon Hammer on the Apothecary. Temporal Bombs could be a nice AOE denial if put on or near an objective, and I doubt you'd be fighting enough with the Apothecary that you'd notice the difference in the sword/hammer.
You do double up here on the ability to cast Purifying Flame; but if Crowe doesn't cast it, you can have your Purifier Squad do it. And that frees Crowe up to cast Amplification. You lose the teleport of the Interceptors, but having two heavy weapons could be useful. I'm envisioning parking your Purifier Squad on an objective and using bolter fire and Incinerators to discourage any charges onto it, with D6 automatic hits.
I just don't see any point to any of the 10-point Visions of the Augurium on a smaller board. The likelihood of being able to intervene on a charge is slight, and I don't see much use for Presaged Paralysis. The only other 10-point Gift of the Prescient is the Deluminator of Mastery, which might be situationally useful if you need to strip auras from Daemon units. Being able to do D3 mortal wounds against an enemy unit trying to move onto an objective seems like a better use of 10 points.
I can't think of any reason to take a Chaplain over a Librarian or an Apothecary. I think Draigo is way too expensive for such a small force. Likewise, I can't see much use out of Terminators or Strikes, not when the Interceptors have the once-per-game teleport and the Purifiers can take more heavy weapons. I also don't see the point of a Purgation Squad in this; they're 1 point cheaper per model than Purifiers but don't have Purifying Flame and worse Leadership.
It looks like Boarding Actions will be some mix of Crowe, Paladins, and either a Librarian or Apothecary, with the rest of the battle line being filled up with Interceptors or Purifiers.
