Bridal Makeup Attempt. CCW. Do I need contour?

Hello all! I'm a beginner/intermediate who's thinking about doing her own bridal makeup and want to know what you guys think of this look. Do I need to contour/learn how to? I was going for the natural/slightly enhanced look (don't want to look like someone I'm not on my wedding day!)

I have not gotten myself shade matched ever (sephora has been so busy this time of the year since I ever got interested in doing so)- does my neck/face seem functionally similar in color? (It's in natural lighting). I think I'm a neutral as far as undertone goes since I wear gold/silver equally well (I think!) and my wrist veins seem to have both green and blue branches :o

My budget is small- think drugstore/elf prince range.

Primer: Nivea men after shave balm Eye shadows: Makeup Revolution Run Boy Run Blush: Makeup revolution blush goddess palette Eye primer: ELF shadow lock - pearl Foundation: Covergirl outlast stay fabulous 3 in 1 Lips: tiny bit of NYX perfect Red Matte on top of lip balm (to make it more of a stain)
