But like...don't involve your coworkers or anyone involved in your professional life in it. Especially if you're their superior in any shape or form and can have an effect on their existence. A lot of people in that situation will agree to do stuff they don't want to because "of the implications" and then afterwards feel like they really didn't have a choice and were coerced into it. If you feel intimidated enough to agree to watch someone jerk off in front of you, you're going to be even more intimidated to stop them when they get going.

Even if he hadn't intended it all to be that malicious, he can't control how those women felt about that type of thing. Do that stuff with your wife/girlfriend/partner/fuck buddy, not people in your professional environment with whom you have no previous sexual history. Once you bring power imbalance into the whole deal, you're just opening yourself to fuckery.
