its a weird one.
the tenants have been given the access code which has been printed on it with permanent pen
so.they have access to silence it using a code.
but it stays active its just silenced
i contacted out of hours emergency theyve passed it on to an out of hours engineer who needs to reset it .
they said i would need to contact the fire servicr who will then silence it.
all very bizzare as to why the fire service have access to silence the alarm on the panel but an engineer needs to reset it.
Doesn't appear to be connected to the fire ssrvice either as the active alarm on the panel has been active for 2 hours. i spoke to them and they basically said ring us when there is a fire
