You mean basically just Mobius? Even HoFS and BKE took more effort than HoS in previous patches. HoT killed much slower after the early Bombard nerfs. Other Valkyries like VG/Fischl/Raven are dealing less damage and dying faster at level 15 than a level 0 HoS, have you even tried them? They're terrible. You're making it sound as if you can pick any random Valkyrie in ER with max gear and faceroll, but that's not true at all.

HoS has so far taken far less effort in 5.3 ER than any other Valkyrie in previous versions of ER. Maybe that's due to the new signets, but if so, that just makes the other top picks more busted, not HoS less busted. Her mob clearing speed with Elysia and Hua signets is far faster than what was typical of non-Mobius clearing speed in previous patches.
