Not even close unfortunately. Worst case scenario, you'd need 84k crystals to get both Vill-V AND all her gear. A gacha battlesuit will need up to 100 pulls to guarantee it which costs 28k crystals if you get terrible luck. To get her weapon and all 3 stigmatas, you'd need 56k crystals to absolutely guarantee you'll get everything with bad luck-when pulling for weapons or stigmata, you're guaranteed to get one of the items you haven't gotten from that banner every 50 pulls meaning you'd need up to 200 pulls if you have terrible luck.

Save your crystals up for now. 8k isn't enough to get anything worthwhile and with your current level, you don't have access to some modes that give a decent amount of crystals.

You've got the right idea though-look ahead at what banners are in the patch and decide if there's anything you want to get and if you'll have enough for it. If you don't have the absolute maximum needed for everything from a banner, it's VERY risky to pull on it.

For now, you'll be fine. Just keep saving up your crystals and use the easily farmable valkyries you can get-there's some good ones in the store like Reverist Calico and Golden Diva. The SP valkyries are largely support units (don't get Darkbolt Jonin. Just... Don't. I made that mistake. She's not good without heavy investment and even then, there's so many better options for a Lightning DPS Valkyrie) but Reverist Calico can play a pseudo DPS role.
