Be careful of WinWing - Poor design, poor manufacture, poor support

I'm curious now how you are able to determine that the problem with MY unit is not related to the unit itself experiencing a fault. Since you seem to think that you have the answers maybe you can provide me with some real troubleshooting tips like what should be the nominal and maximum power draw on my WinWing joystick under load; how about advising me on how to check my system's individual USB ports draw/load to check for spikes and/or over loaded conditions during game play. This way I can confirm whether adding a non-cheap powered USB hub is a fix for an overloaded system, or if it's just a bandage masking a faulty joystick unit. Also, I'm happy that you have had good results dealing with WinWing Customer Service; but for me their frequency and response times haven't been the issue - it has been the quality of information provided by them.
