CascadiaNow! is an grassroots, positive and inclusive social movement to raise awareness of Cascadia, highlight and protect the things we find special, and empower individuals and communities here in the Pacific Northwest. We are an umbrella 501c3 non-profit organization. We have set up our organization to act as a fiscal sponsor, to directly provide services, financial support and extend our tax-exempt status for projects, events, groups, and CascadiaNow chapters (so that projects and events coordinated by autonomous groups are also tax exempt entities).

It is our mission to cultivate a resilient and inclusive Pacific Northwest community, and together we envision a positive social movement with a recognizable culture of bioregional sustainability.

It's our primary goal to be a hub of organizing for the Cascadian movement, where each person or community can represent their needs, and find solidarity and support. We support groups, projects, and community partners to raise awareness of Cascadia, celebrate our distinct regional identity and culture, and increase the autonomy of the Cascadia bioregion - socially, politically, economically and environmentally.

Specifically we provide (or will provide): * a tax exempt umbrella for Cascadia projects, groups and events * a hub for networking and support, as well as outreach and awareness * a network of chapters & groups coordinating together around the Pacific Northwest. * help with grant writing and grant research * web development and design * event planning/outreach * graphic design * finance, accounting & non-profit/small business consulting
