This is the Public Face of Cascadia Today.

A Cascadian "culture" would be (as its still in early evolutionary transition) a culture of bioregionalism with its focus on reinhabitation, decolonization and symbiosis with biotic communities and elemental forces.

Uh, no. ProfessorZhirinovsky has it right...

Cascadian culture is the culture of the people who live here, a way that the geography has shaped the people who reside in this place, sometimes for generations. It is unique to this area of the continent; a people who are tolerant of differences, accepting of new ideas, willing to stay out of other people's business (and insisting they be respected likewise), and at the same time willing to all chip in and care for the general welfare.

That's what Cascadia is.
