I'm new to investing, and I only lurked around this sub until now. You seem like a hard working young person, who has a good future ahead of you. Please don't let this continue to eat away your future. You can definitely recover from this, just not from a single meme stock.

I joined in this whole frenzy just to have some giggles. I make a good annual income with solid emergency funds set aside. But I was only willing to bet $1500 (down $700 so far, still holding). My other investment gains already offset this loss. It breaks my heart to see people betting their living expenses or retirement funds on this.

You are not a failure and this can be a good valuable lesson. I really hope you recover and make good investment gains in the future.
