Is anyone been having trouble spawning Whimsy shops since Wednesday? Its taking me a crazy amount of energy to get them to spawn since the new pity system came into effect.

Last week I was spawning them like crazy. And yes, I know to wait 1-1.5 hours after one to start. But I'm counting 600-700+ energy before I get one. Ive used 12 Large pots, the free 90, and then 3 full bars + regen(while doing raids, varous things, etc. And have only gotten 2 today. I been working on the current one forever. I mean just off the top of my head, Ive used at least 1700 energy today, and only gotten 2 so far; one in the morning, around 5am, one in the evening, around 4pm est. Now, I been working on this one forever.

Its been like this since Wednesday for me. Its pretty annoying.
